I used to get really bad migraines when I was a high school.
I sometimes still do but school is what triggered it for me. I was a bad test taker because I was slow and needed more time taking tests.
The stress always gave me migraines and it made it harder taking tests. I feel like my family understood and they and my teachers wanted what was best for me.
Now I only really get migraines when I am stressed out but I have learned ways to deal with it. I used to be on medication for it but now I have been off of it.
What motivates me is knowing I am in control of how I feel and I can control the situation by taking medicine or laying down and going to sleep.
